VOC's
We offer a complete range of Photo Ionisation Detectors (PID) designed to detect a wide range of volatile organic compounds (VOCs). PIDs use an ultraviolet light source to ionise a gas sample and detect its concentration. Typical applications include: Leak Detection, Atmosphere Monitoring, Environmental Clean-up, Arson Investigation, First Response / HazMat, Petrochemical Monitoring, STEL & TWA Monitoring, Industrial Painting and Landfill Surveillance.
The RAEGuard PID is a permanently mounted (fixed) Photoionization Detector (PID) transmitter that operates from a 9 to 36 VDC power source and provides an analogue (4-20 mA) signal output in three fullscale ranges of 20 ppm, 100 ppm, or 1,000 ppm isobutylene equivalent. Housed in an explosion-proof enclosure, the RAEGuard PID is equipped with a local digital display of the gas concentration and functional keys for performing calibration...Download brochure
TVOC is the first Intrinsically Safe, fixed photoionisation detector (PID) of its kind for continuous detection and measurement of total volatile organic compounds (VOCs). With a 4-20 mA analogue output TVOC can be integrated into a DCS control system to give warning or control of high VOC levels in the working environment. Designed for fixed continuous monitoring is ideal for use in manufacturing and process industries where VOCs are typically present...Download brochure
